• Fluent in Dutch and French (both written & spoken), with a good level of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities with empathy and patience.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Team player who can collaborate with colleagues and other departments.
